Pokemon!

Pokemon needs no introduction, it has been a part of my life for a very long time. I used to get up early on a saturday to watch the anime and begged my parents to get a pack of pokemon cards.

Omega Ruby

My first pokemon game was Omega Ruby on the 3ds. I saw it reviewed on Good Game Spawn Point, then donloaded the demo from the E-shop. I eventually recieved the full game for my birthday. I have fond memories of this game. As a kid, I remember playing it under my covers at night and getting stuck on how to progress.

Pokemon Blue

Okay, I kind of lied. While Omega Ruby was the first game I owned, I had actually played the original game online at some point before then (but i'm not counting that!). I barely played it anyway, just kind of wandered around on Route 1. Recently i played this through properly by emulating it on my steamdeck. It still holds up, the game is so charming.

Emerald

Playing this one on my modded 3ds! Recently been playing it to pass the time on public transport

Ultra Sun

Alola! Really enjoying this one. The Alola region is so unique compared to the other regions, also this generation has some of my favourite pokemon(mimikyu and lycanroc). I'm stil playing this one right now. However i've watched the sun and moon anime which i also really like.
